Dragon Boat Racing
On Sunday, the sun was shining and the River Medway glistened in readiness for the return of the Tonbridge Dragon Boat Racing. This year, The Hoakies, led by Captain Gibb, put out a strong team of parents and staff who paddled their way to a very respectable seventh place overall out of twenty teams. The best race was achieved in under one minute! Well done to everyone involved and thank you to all those who came along to support the racers. We would particularly like to thank members of FoHOS who organised goodies to be sold in aid of the children's charity "Dandelion Time" and raised £42.
A good time was had by all.
