Victorian Games
Form 6 have been investigating Victorian games and toys. At first, they were surprised to discover that boys didn't run around playing football, and in the case of the girls, shocked they were not allowed to run round at all! However, they were soon absorbed by the Victorian games such as 'find the ring', 'cup and ball' or bowling a hoop, as well as marbles, skipping or hopscotch. Some children thought they would make good playground games now!
