Remembrance
The children in Form 1 have been learning about Remembrance and made a beautiful poppy wreath. Each child contributed a poppy, which they made out of recycled bottles. They wrote the Hilden Oaks values that they thought soldiers would have used during the wars, on the paper oak leaves.
A few of the children represented Hilden Oaks at the Tonbridge Remembrance Parade and Service and laid their wreath at the War Memorial. (photo credit during the service: Studio 23 Photography)
