Perseverance Pays Off

The ability to stick to a task, to ‘keep on keeping on’, is a vital element of daily school life at Hilden Oaks. Our children are constantly challenged to stretch themselves to try new things and set themselves new targets.

Esme, in Form 5, has certainly taken this message to heart, and has achieved an amazing
800-day streak in Doodlemaths! This means that she has completed a maths challenge every day for well over two years including all the holidays, and even on Christmas Day!

We are very proud of Esme for demonstrating our School Values of perseverance and excellence in order to reach such a remarkable milestone…. but this isn’t the end - we know she will ‘keep on keeping on’!
