Odd Sock Day

Hilden Oaks kicked off 'Anti-Bullying Week' in style when they arrived at school in their odd socks on Monday. We celebrated the importance of embracing our differences and individuality. Throughout this week, children have been learning the importance of kindness and using 'One Kind Word ' (the 2021 Anti-Bullying Theme). The children have also spoken about what bullying is and about how to deal with it if they experience it. The have also discussed how to prevent bullying by showing kindness to all.
