Made to Last

It's always quite exciting to discover something from the past that has been completely forgotten. We recently found this piece of Hilden Oaks history, in storage.

Back in 1965 Hilden Oaks became an educational trust and this wonderful cast iron object holds the 'company seal'. The box is as fascinating as the seal itself. Even though it has been in storage for a number of years, the seal still works perfectly. They certainly don't make things now like they used to!
