Mad Hatter Maths

Did you know that Lewis Carroll was a famous mathematician as well as an author? He invented the Carroll diagram that we use for sorting!

In celebration of Lewis Carroll, Form 6 have been enjoying maths linked to their forthcoming production of Alice in Wonderland.

The Mad Hatter set them a challenge to place cups and saucers on the table, but the pupils had to follow a set of strict rules!

The children enjoyed the problem solving and certainly demonstrated their value of perseverance!
