Fergal's Fact File

Form 1 loved welcoming our school dog, Fergal (complete with a Fergal Fact File), to a science lesson this week. From the information Fergal gave them, the children confirmed he was definitely a mammal. "He doesn't lay eggs, have gills or live in the water" ... and despite an interesting discussion, they decided he definitely couldn't fly!
