FoHOS Christmas Fair
Once again, the Hilden Oaks Christmas Fair last Friday was a truly unique and magical experience for all the children. The fun started first thing in the morning, when they arrived at school to find it was 'snowing' at Hilden Oaks! They then continued to enjoy a wide variety of festive experiences throughout the day, from shopping for family gifts (with the Form 6 elves helping the younger children), wrapping their surprises, enjoying a hot chocolate, playing games, a spot of Glitz and Glamour, being creative on the craft bus, as well as a visit to Santa's amazing grotto. To top it all, we also had a lovely visit from the Mayor and Mayoress of Tonbridge and Malling. The day finished with the whole Hilden Oaks community singing carols round the Christmas tree on the playground, which was decorated in red 'berets'!
Our special thanks go to the brilliant Friends of Hilden Oaks (FoHOS) organisers and helpers, as well as to our fantastic staff, for bringing it all together. The children had an absolutely fantastic and memorable day.
