Celebrating Harvest

Showing the Hilden Oaks values of resilience and perseverance, our Harvest Festival service went ahead on Tuesday afternoon, outside, despite the rain!

Standing suitably distanced from each other in their 'bubbles', it was wonderful to have the whole school together in person, for the first time in over six months.   Each Form contributed prayers, poems, songs and other information about Harvest.  Miss Wort and Mr Johnston provided the musical accompaniment - who knew that Mr J plays the saxophone?

Thank you to everyone who very kindly contributed to the wonderful array of Harvest gifts. The Tonbridge Lions have collected the donations and will be making up hampers to distribute to those in need within our local community, this Christmas.
