Careers Day

On Thursday, the inaugural Careers Day was held for Form 6, the brainchild of our Head Girl and Head Boy. Six parents, all with different professions, participated in the day either live through Teams or via a pre-recorded video. In addition, PC Boyden visited with PD Biggy to talk to the children about careers in the police force; particularly the role of a police dog handler.

The whole day was extremely enlightening, and the children asked some really interesting and intelligent questions throughout. It was also fascinating for them to realise just how important maths and English are in most professions!

Our thanks go to everyone who participated to make this a really successful day. We are extremely grateful to the parents who took the time to share their professional experiences.
