Bug Pancakes

As part of their English and Geography work linked to the Amazon rainforest, Form 4 made (and tasted!) insect pancakes. In the book they are reading, the characters have to survive by making bug pancakes out of grubs and cocoa beans. Most of the class tasted the special pancakes and some even asked for seconds! Yum yum!
