Blue Plaques

During their history lessons, the children in Form 1 have been considering significant people and have been encouraged to spot blue plaques when they are out and about. The first one they spotted is right on our own doorstep! EM Forster lived in the house now occupied by Hilden Oaks (then known as Dryhurst), while he was a day boy at Tonbridge School. At the top of the building, we have our very own 'room with a view'.
