Bedgebury Pinetum

Form 1 enjoyed a wonderful trip to Bedgebury. Along with their centre host Kerry and some special viewfinders, the class considered the different habitats in the Pinetum and who might live there. Next they searched for a variety of pinecones and learnt about the reasons for the differences between them and the trees they come from. This was all underpinned by a lovely story about celebrating our differences. The class also foraged for perfume ingredients and just had time to test out the play areas and giant swing.
