Back in Time for School

As Form 2 continue to learn about some of the key monarchs of Britain and their impact on society, they were transported back to 1880 this week. The Education Act, under Queen Victoria, took many young children out of dangerous workplaces and into schools...but were these any better?

With new names, popular in the Victorian age, Form 2 endured line writing, hand washing checks and the dreaded dunce cap!
